Call for Exhibits

The APSEC 2007 exhibition is planned for R&D organizations related to software vendors, service providers, and software developers. Since APSEC is a leading conference in the software engineering field in the Asia-Pacific region, this exhibition is the best opportunity for software R&D organizations to promote their activities and products such as software development tools.

Content of the exhibits

Software engineering tools, project management tools, etc. and/or presentations of the research related activities of the organization

  • Product sales and business discussions in the hall are not acceptable
  • The exhibition committee evaluates each proposal beforehand, and any exhibits whose content does not fit the theme of APSEC will not be accepted

Offered equipment

Power supply
Each booth will have AC100V power (about 500W). Please consult the exhibition chair for additional power supply requests.
Table and chair
One long desk [1.8m (W) x 0.6m (D) x 0.7m (H)] and two chairs will be available for each booth. Please consult the exhibition chair about installation of a panel, partition, or other additional equipment.
WiFi access services will be provided for participants

Exhibition charge

  • JPY 100,000 for one booth (includes one participation membership for the conference).
  • Additional pass JPY 50,000: (includes one participation membership for the conference).
  • Exhibitor pass (free of charge): up to two persons per booth, only access to the exhibition.

  • Number of booths: about 10 booths are scheduled (first-come first-served basis)
  • Booth size: 2.4m (W) x 1.8m (D) (tentative)
  • Exhibit title and organization will be published in the conference program.
