Call for Posters

APSEC 2007 invites submissions for the research posters. The submissions will be evaluated under the Exhibition Chair, based on their innovation, relevance, scientific contribution, and presentation.

Due to the rapidly growing use of embedded and ubiquitous software, our lives are increasingly dependent on software products. Software engineering faces challenges of safety, dependability, sustainability, and other desired characteristics in the development of such software or providing services using such software products. In coming years, all kinds of embedded, personal, and enterprise application software will connect together with each other and cover the globe. Providing software that works effectively in such an environment requires matching innovations in software engineering.

Submission topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ubiquitous and Embedded Software
  • Service-Oriented Architecture
  • Software Architecture

  • Component-Based Software Engineering
  • Aspect-Oriented Software Technology
  • Software Maintenance and Evolution
  • Reverse Engineering
  • Program Understanding
  • Software Metrics and Measurement
  • Empirical Software Engineering
  • Software Project Management
  • Software Process Improvement
  • Quality Management
